Job Description
The Academic Coordinator for School is responsible for overseeing the academic programs and curriculum at the school. This individual will work closely with teachers, staff, and administrators to ensure that the educational needs of students are being met. The Academic Coordinator will develop and implement strategies to improve student performance, monitor student progress, and provide support to teachers in implementing effective teaching practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing academic programs and curriculum
- Monitoring student progress and performance
- Providing support and guidance to teachers
- Collaborating with staff and administrators to improve educational outcomes
- Assessing and analyzing data to make informed decisions about academic programs
- Communicating with parents and stakeholders about academic initiatives and student progress
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for helping students succeed academically. Experience in curriculum development, data analysis, and teacher support is preferred.
