Academic Coordinator (Primary) for School in Pune (Job Vacancy)

The Academic Coordinator for the Primary section of our school will be responsible for overseeing the academic programs and curriculum for students in grades 1-4. This individual will work closely with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure that the educational needs of all students are being met.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing curriculum plans that align with educational standards and school goals
• Providing support and guidance to teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessment
• Monitoring student progress and academic performance, and implementing interventions as needed
• Collaborating with teachers to identify and address areas for improvement in curriculum and instruction
• Organizing and facilitating professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their teaching skills
• Communicating regularly with parents to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns
• Participating in school leadership meetings and committees to contribute to overall school improvement efforts

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, with experience in curriculum development, teacher support, and student assessment. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, as well as a passion for supporting the academic success of all students. The candidate should be a graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Education.
