join our team and help guide learners toward their dream careers in tech!

What You’ll Do:
● Engage with prospective students and guide them through Scaler’s industry-vetted
programs.
● Understand their career goals and provide tailored advice on how Scaler can help them
achieve those goals.
● Act as a mentor and career guide, assisting learners in exploring new opportunities in
the tech world.
● Support the enrollment process and follow up with prospects to drive new possibilities.
● Represent Scaler’s mission of delivering high-impact tech education across India and
beyond.

What We’re Looking For:
● 1-6 years of experience in academic counseling, sales, business development, or IT
services.
● A passion for guiding and mentoring students in their educational journeys.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● A customer-centric approach with a commitment to hitting targets and daily outputs.
● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster relationships with potential students.
● A degree in any stream (B.Tech preferred, but not mandatory).
