Job Description Roles and Responsibilities
1. Counseling the prospective Parents via Phone, Email and in Person, etc. and converting them to admissions.
2. Handling queries over telephone and walk-ins.
3. Face to Face counseling of the prospective parents and converting them to admissions.
4. Responsible for handling day-to-day operations at Front Desk & maintaining reports as required.
Desired Candidate’s Attributes:
An Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in any related field may be preferred.
Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to handle pressure during critical admissions seasons.
Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver information effectively and persuasively. Highly organized with a distinct propensity for timeliness and professionalism.
Minimum Years of Experience - 2 to 3 Years.
