Job Description
Responsibilities
Teaching:
Develop and deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in their area of specialization within Management, Commerce, Business Law, Finance and Accountancy
Relate the teaching content to curriculum of relevant national and global professional bodies and to recent trends within the domain
Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative teaching methods and curriculum.
Supervise graduate students and mentor them in their research and professional development.
Research:
Conduct high-quality research in their area of specialization, publishing findings in top-tier academic journals.
Secure external funding for research projects.
Service:
Serve on faculty committees and contribute to the college's governance and administration.
Engage in service to the academic community, such as peer reviewing, conference presentations, and editorial board membership.
Qualifications
Terminal Degree: A Master’s degree with PhD in a relevant field within the realm of Business Law from a reputable university.
Research Experience: Scholarly publications in top-tier academic journals.
Teaching Experience: Successful experience teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in their area of specialization.
Interdisciplinary Knowledge: A strong understanding of related fields within Commerce, Management, Finance and Accountancy.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively teach and present research findings.
Interpersonal Skills: The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students from diverse backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience teaching in a multicultural environment.
Knowledge on securing external funding for research.
Experience serving as a faculty advisor or mentor for graduate students.
A demonstrated commitment to service to the academic community.
Experience in academic administration and documentation
