Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Branch Head for our Pre-School. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality education and care for children, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all students and parents.
The Branch Head will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum, conducting regular staff training and evaluations, and ensuring compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, a passion for early childhood education, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
