Job Description
The Centre Manager for Pre-School plays a pivotal role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. In this role, you will:
- Oversee daily operations of the pre-school, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Handling inquiries and convertingthem into admission
- Develop and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
- Lead, mentor, and support staff in their professional development, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with parents and the community, promoting the centre’s values and mission.
- Monitor and assess children’s progress, implementing strategies to support their individual learning journeys.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring the sustainability and growth of the centre.
- Conduct regular evaluations of programs and staff performance, using feedback to drive enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, integrating new ideas into the centre’s practices.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children and families.
- Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and community engagement.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a pre-school or early childhood setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
