We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of HR to lead our team specializing in Early Childhood Education.

At Nalanda, we are revolutionizing Early Childhood education for the next generation. We specialize in offering cutting-edge content creation for these segments, and comprehensive training for preschool teachers and caregivers.

Nalanda also owns Little Laureate - a pioneer Pre-school brand having Pan India presence.

Our mission is to provide quality education that fosters creativity, curiosity, and lifelong learning.

Position: CHRO

Location: Delhi NCR


  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure professional development and effectiveness in their roles.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and address staffing needs and performance issues.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior management, providing insights and recommendations on HR matters to support business objectives.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the education sector, services industry, or EdTech Start-ups.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing HR teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex HR challenges.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to creating a positive impact on the lives of children and educators.
  • The ideal candidate should be an efficient business story-teller to create impact to all stakeholders.
