Computer Science Assistant Professor for College/University in Kolkata (Job Vacancy)

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Computer Science/IT Assistant Professor (Visiting Faculty/Guest Faculty) to join our esteemed faculty at Amity University Kolkata. Ph.D. pursuing candidates required. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in computer science, conducting research in their area of expertise, and providing mentorship to students.

Key responsibilities include developing and delivering lectures, leading discussions, grading assignments and exams, and providing feedback to students. The Assistant Professor will also be expected to contribute to the academic community through research publications, conference presentations, and participation in departmental activities.

The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field, a strong background in teaching and research, and a passion for mentoring students. Experience with programming languages, algorithms, data structures, and software development is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, a collaborative attitude, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion are essential.
