2. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms to generate leads.
- Manage the school’s presence on social media channels by posting engaging content, handling parent inquiries, and driving interaction with the community.
- Track the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools like Google Analytics, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Coordinate with the corporate marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms.
3. Lead Management & ERP System Optimization
- Manage the school’s ERP system to track leads from initial inquiry to final enrolment and automate key processes.
- Oversee the full student lifecycle in the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy, timely follow-ups, and efficient document handling.
- Leverage automation tools within the ERP to manage fee collections, generate follow-up communications, and send timely notifications.
- Ensure seamless integration between CRM, admissions, and other school operations to provide a holistic view of the school’s performance.
4. Parent & Community Relationship Management
- Use data-driven insights to understand parent concerns, track communication effectiveness, and optimize engagement strategies.
- Lead the team in resolving parent grievances and providing timely, empathetic solutions to ensure high levels of parent satisfaction.
- Regularly communicate with parents regarding school events, academic updates, fee structures, and other important matters via emails, social media, and newsletters.
- Organize community-building events such as orientation sessions, school tours, and parent-teacher meetings to foster a positive school culture.
5. Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Collaborate with the Corporate Sales and Marketing teams to drive growth through preschool and corporate tie-ups.
- Develop additional revenue streams through value-added services like extracurricular programs, after-school activities, and educational events.
- Monitor and enhance fee collection processes using ERP and other automation tools to ensure timely payments and improve overall collections.
6. Front Office & Team Management
- Manage front office staff and Relationship Executives, ensuring that all are well-trained in providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to inquiries.
- Ensure the team uses data from the ERP and CRM systems effectively to track leads, respond to parent inquiries, and monitor student enrolments.
7. Data Analytics & Reporting
- Use data analytics tools to track key metrics such as admissions performance, fee collections, lead-to-enrolment conversion rates, and parent satisfaction scores.
- Provide detailed reports to the School Principal and Corporate Sales & Marketing Head on a regular basis, outlining the school’s performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and parent feedback to optimize admissions strategies and marketing campaigns.
8. Brand Building & Marketing Execution
- Lead the school’s branding efforts in alignment with VIBGYOR’s overall marketing strategy, ensuring consistency across all communication touchpoints.
- Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns that highlight the school’s unique value proposition, from digital media to community events.
9. Communication & Documentation
- Streamline communication between the front office, parents, and the corporate office, ensuring clarity and transparency across all interactions.
- Ensure all school documentation (including admissions forms, parent communication, and digital content) is up to date, accurate, and easily accessible.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for admissions, customer service, and marketing operations to ensure uniformity and efficiency
