Early Year Teacher for International Pre School in Goa (Job Vacancy)

JOB Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our international preschool team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working in diverse, multicultural environments. The Early Years Teacher will be responsible for
creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, implementing engaging curriculum activities, and supporting the developmental needs of young children.

Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Planning and Implementation:
• Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that accommodate varying learning styles and cultural backgrounds
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment

• Implement effective behavior management strategies and support children in developing positive social skills
• Observe and assess each child’s progress and developmental milestones.
 

Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with other teachers, staff, and administrators to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
• Engage with the wider school community, including participating in school events and parent meetings.
• Creative and innovative approach to teaching and problem-solving
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching young children, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in any foreign language is an advantage
