Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Teacher to lead our Pre-School program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a proven track record of providing high-quality care and education to young children.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of all students - Supervise and support a team of teachers and staff members - Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Communicate effectively with parents and families to ensure their involvement in their child's education - Monitor and assess student progress and make adjustments to the curriculum as needed - Stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education and implement them in the classroom
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in ECCE / B.Ed / NTT- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a Pre-School/ School setting - Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team - Knowledge of state regulations and licensing requirements for Pre-School programs Join our team and make a difference in the lives of young children!
