Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our Pre-School team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate and engage young learners
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Collaborate with parents and colleagues to ensure the best possible learning experience for students
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in early childhood education
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, NTT or related field
- State teaching certification
- Previous experience working with young children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to the well-being of children
- Conversant with latest trends and usage of Technology
- Working experience in international curriculum will be an added advantage.
