Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our Pre-School team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate and engage young minds
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide individualised attention and support to each child
- Collaborate with parents and colleagues to ensure the best possible learning experience for students
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed
- Maintain a clean and organised classroom
- Bachelor's degree in a related field. The candidate needs to have Montessori Training Certification/Early Childhood Educator Certification (ECE) mandatorily to apply for this position.
- Previous experience working with Pre-Schools and Day Care Centres as Teachers/Coordinators
- Strong communication skills in English
- Patient, caring, and compassionate demeanour
- Fascination with dealing with young children
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
