Roles and Responsibilities-
- Develop a comprehensive Marketing & Branding strategy for all stakeholders of the institution including prospective students and parents
- Create an elaborate & inclusive Advertising Plan for all stakeholders using online and offline resources
- Plan, organize and help execute on-the-ground outreach events to engage with various stakeholders of the student recruitment process.
- Drive student enrolments in order to achieve budgeted numbers.
- Benchmark the institution's admission process against industry leaders and suggest and implement processes that make it streamlined and efficient.
- Collect data to measure, analyze and report the success of the Marketing & Admissions process.
- Create and Facilitate a comprehensive student onboarding in close consultation with all stakeholders for a smooth transition to campus life.
- Possess abilities, experience, and required network to develop an efficient Admissions team
- Ensure sound knowledge base and awareness of sector employment trends and opportunities

Experience:
10+ yrs of experience in the education sector at a similar profile with a relevant master's degree.
