As we scale, we are looking for a 'Growth Trainee – Sales Enablement & Outreach' to accelerate our sales pipeline, optimize outreach efforts, and support the sales team in closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Outreach & Lead Generation:
- Research and identify high-potential enterprise clients.
- Execute outbound email, LinkedIn, and call campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Personalize outreach strategies to maximize response rates.
2. Sales Enablement:
- Develop sales collateral, pitch decks, case studies, and proposals.
- Maintain and update CRM (Bigin) with leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Support the sales team with insights, data, and presentation materials.
3. Market Intelligence & Prospecting:
- Analyze competitor outreach strategies and suggest improvements.
- Build and maintain a prospect database with accurate contact details.
- Identify industry trends and tailor messaging accordingly.
4. Pipeline Optimization & Reporting:
- Track outreach effectiveness and optimize engagement strategies.
- Provide weekly reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and outreach performance.
- Suggest and test new outreach techniques for improved conversion.
