The school is seeking a dedicated and experienced Academic Coordinator to oversee the Pre-Primary Level curriculum and ensure the academic success of our students. The Academic Coordinator will work closely with teachers to develop and implement engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide support and guidance as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with young children. Responsibilities include coordinating with teachers to develop curriculum, conducting regular assessments to track student progress, organizing and leading professional development workshops for teachers, and communicating with parents about student performance. The Academic Coordinator will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on the latest educational trends and best practices in early childhood education.
