The Resident Hostel Warden is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the college/university hostel. They are in charge of ensuring the safety and well-being of the students residing in the hostel, as well as maintaining discipline and order within the premises.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising the hostel staff and ensuring that they perform their duties effectively
• Enforcing hostel rules and regulations to maintain a conducive living environment for students
• Handling and resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise among students
• Monitoring the cleanliness and maintenance of the hostel facilities
• Organizing and overseeing recreational activities and events for students
