Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting various human resources functions, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role will require the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on employee well-being and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
1 Onboarding :
Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill hiring needs.
2. *Employee Relations*:
- Address employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and employees.
3*Training and Development**:
- Identify training needs and organize professional development programs.
- Track training effectiveness and ensure ongoing employee development.
4*Compliance and Policy Management**:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
5. *Employee Engagement*:
- Organize employee engagement programs and events.
- Monitor and improve employee satisfaction levels.
