Job Description
MindMatrix.io is seeking a dynamic professional who will serve as an Instructor, Subject
Matter Expert, and Content Creator. The ideal candidate will take live online sessions, develop high-quality learning materials, and mentor students in project execution. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical industry applications, ensuring students excel in their academic and professional journeys.
Key Responsibilities
1. Instruction and Training
• Deliver engaging live online sessions aligned with course objectives.
• Simplify complex technical concepts to suit students' varying levels of expertise.
2. Content Creation and Development
• Develop comprehensive course content, including presentations, video tutorials, and
assignments.
• Create domain-specific projects and case studies to align with real-world applications.
3. Subject Matter Expertise
• Provide in-depth knowledge in areas like Generative AI/Python Programming/IoT/App
Development/Data Analytics, etc.
• Evaluate and review course content for quality and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Education
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or
related fields.
• Specialization or certifications in Generative AI/Python, or relevant emerging
technologies is preferred.
Experience
• 3+ years of experience as an instructor, trainer, or educator in technology-driven
courses.
• Demonstrated expertise in content creation for e-learning platforms or similar.
• Hands-on experience in mentoring or guiding real-world student projects.
Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conducting live sessions.
• Proficiency in creating visually appealing and impactful learning resources.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
