Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our Vocational Training Institute. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals develop essential soft skills to succeed in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions on topics such as building relationships, sustainable living, inner peace and resilience, art of winning, success and failure management, art of presentation.
- Create and deliver high-quality content that is relevant and impactful for our students.
- Develop lesson plans and training materials that are interactive and effective in helping students improve their life skills.
- Evaluate the progress of students and provide feedback to help them improve.
Skills Required:
- Fluent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to articulate ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience in creating engaging and informative content.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and deliver effective training sessions.
