Role Overview: The Mathematics Teacher for School Education Coaching plays a crucial role in shaping the academic journey of students, fostering a deep understanding of mathematical concepts while promoting critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Working Hours:
Weekday: 2:00 to 8:30
Weekends: 9:00 to 5:30
6 days a week working
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance the learning experience and make mathematics relatable.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and develop interdisciplinary projects that enrich the curriculum.
- Provide individualized support to students who may be struggling with mathematical concepts, ensuring no student is left behind.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and improve teaching strategies.
- Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns regarding their academic performance.
- Contribute to the development of a mathematics curriculum that reflects the latest educational research and meets the needs of our students.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Ability to teach students in IGCSE/IB/AS & A Levels coaching.
- Teaching certification or licensure in mathematics education.
- Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and the ability to convey them effectively to students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with educational best practices.
- Experience in coaching or tutoring students in mathematics is a plus.
