Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) of Chemistry to join our team at our CISCE-affiliated school. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Chemistry and a proven track record of success in teaching at the higher secondary level.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to the CISCE curriculum
- Conduct practical experiments and demonstrations to enhance students' understanding of Chemistry concepts
- Assess student learning through quizzes, tests, and projects
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Participate in school events and activities to contribute to the overall school community
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Chemistry or related field
- Post Graduate degree in Education or relevant subject - B.Ed
- Previous experience teaching Chemistry at the Higher Secondary Level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Knowledge of CISCE curriculum and assessment practices
