Educational Qualifications:
Graduation: Bachelor’s degree in English (Hons) from a recognized university with a
minimum of 55% marks.
Post-Graduation: Completed a Master's degree in English from a recognized university with
at least 55% marks.
Teaching Qualification: Must hold a professional teaching qualification such as B.Ed.,
PgCTL, D.El.Ed., or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
PhD, NET/JRF qualification would be an added advantage.
Language Proficiency: Must demonstrate proficiency in the language of instruction,
typically English, both spoken and written.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level in
the subject.Demonstrated expertise in teaching complex topics and simplifying concepts for students.Experience in board exam preparation and an understanding of curriculum guidelines.
Subject-Specific Skills: Expertise in literature, grammar, and language teaching strategies.
