Job Description
- Plan and deliver lessons based on the CHSE syllabus for Class 11 and Class 12 students.
- Prepare teaching materials, such as notes, presentations, and worksheets, to explain mathematical concepts effectively.
- Encourage students to understand core mathematics topics, including algebra, geometry, calculus, and statistics.
- Design exam papers and mark students' assignments and tests in timely manner.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their performance.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans according to the academic calendar and syllabus set by CHSE.
- Act as a mentor to help students prepare for higher studies or competitive exams like JEE, NEET, etc.
- Assist in preparing reports related to students' progress, and submit them to the school's administration.
- Participate in staff meetings.
- Engage with parents during parent-teacher meetings and keep them informed about their child's academic progress.
- Maintain discipline in the classroom and create an environment conducive to learning.
- Encourage active participation, interaction, and critical thinking among students during lessons.
- Assist in invigilation duties during board and internal exams.
- Support the administration in tasks related to the academic or operational activities of the school.
- Evening Doubt clearance class - 11th & 12th class every day accordingly (CHSE & Competition)
- In absence of Sr Lecturer duty allotted & Revision classes.
- RTS & Pre board, Weekly Test, Monthly Test exams conduction, VST. Doubt Clearing of all sections. Regular Class Conducting as HOD’s are overloaded will do all corrections & Student Feedback. Weekly report structure.
- Parent-Teacher Meeting Coordination. Extra Initiatives like Zoom Meeting.
