Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced PYP English Teacher to join our team at an IB School. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching English to primary school students using the IB curriculum. The PYP English Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and interactive lessons that promote language development, literacy skills, and a love for reading and writing.
The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of our students. The PYP English Teacher will also be responsible for assessing student progress, providing feedback, and communicating with parents and caregivers about student performance.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, as well as relevant teaching certification. Previous experience teaching English in an IB school or similar international setting is preferred. Strong communication skills, a growth mindset, and a commitment to ongoing professional development are essential for success in this role.
