Arete International School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Grades Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential. As a Primary Grades Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, creating engaging lesson plans, and nurturing the intellectual and social-emotional development of young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and state standards.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage students in active learning.
- Foster a supportive and positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, and adjust instruction as needed.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for students.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Valid teaching certification/license for primary grades.
- Proven experience teaching primary grades, preferably in a diverse and inclusive setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
- Proficiency in using technology for instruction and assessment.
- A commitment to continuous professional growth and development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with IGCSE curriculum MSC,MCA,BCA,B.E,M.tech,Bsc,B.com,B.a
- Ability to incorporate international educational standards into the curriculum.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
