Principal for High School in Deogarh (Job Vacancy)

The Principal is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the school community. They will oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including curriculum development, staff management, and student discipline. The Principal will work closely with teachers, parents, and students to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing school policies and procedures
• Supervising and evaluating staff members
• Managing the school budget and resources

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, with a Master's degree in Educational Leadership or a related field. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to make tough decisions and solve problems effectively. Previous experience in a leadership role within a school setting is preferred.
