ORGANISATION: Karadi Path Education Company

JOB TITLE: Project Manager

TYPE: Full Time


  • Mentoring newly recruited trainers, developing their product knowledge, and facilitating their growth as trainers.
  • Deliver training on the Karadi Path English program delivery and methodology to the teachers of a select number of high-profile/significant schools which have adopted the program.
  • Manage the schools delivery and effectiveness of the Karadi Path program in the geography assigned and ensure positive feedback.
  • Build relationship and maintain good rapport with the government department and functionaries
  • Generate timely project reports and documents, ensuring effective communication between the company and the respective government or school partner(s).
  • Coordinate activities such as impact assessment processes and other product related research.
  • Developing and monitoring internal quality indicators for tracking training and post-training support in consultation and collaboration with the training team
  • Reporting on external (partner/project) monitoring and quality indicators and any similar milestone or target expectations
  • Executing the BoP assessment protocols including planning, sampling, scheduling, training, administration, data verification, process documentation, and report preparation
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly project progress reports
  • Providing general logistical/organizational support to the team, as required
  • Collating field-level impact reports, videos, and photo documentation to support effective and accurate communication about our projects

The ideal candidate would have:

  • A master’s degree in social work, development, or related subject area, or demonstrated experience in training and project management; experience in the social sector preferred
  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in team management and project coordination
  • Strong fluency in English (required), Hindi (required), and Marathi (preferred).

Key skills: Team management, project management and reporting, good interpersonal skills

Competencies: Overall, we are looking for candidates who are open and willing to learn and take the initiative to partake in tasks beyond those assigned to them. We are also looking for candidates who are comfortable with traveling extensively to rural locations across the country, sometimes at a short notice and who are comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders (state team associates, partner organizations in states, government officials, personnel from INGOs, academicians). The candidate would be expected to handle multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks appropriately, whether working independently or in teams.

Due to the nature of the work, the applicant must be willing to travel extensively. The cost of travel and accommodation will be reimbursed as per company’s HR and Finance policy.
