Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate General Special Educator to join our team at a CBSE school. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with a variety of special needs, including learning disabilities, behavioral disorders, and physical disabilities.
The General Special Educator will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students, collaborating with teachers and parents to support student learning, and providing direct instruction and support to students in both inclusive and pull-out settings.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of special education laws and best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A Diploma in Special Education or a related field is required, and a Bachelor's degree will be an added advantage. Experience working in a CBSE school or with the CBSE curriculum is also preferred.
