Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Educator to join our team at our CBSE school. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with special needs and a strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's/ Master's in Psychology with B.Ed. in Special Education or Diploma in Special Education.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Immediate Joiners are preferred.
- People staying nearby are also preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans for students with special needs
- Provide support and accommodations to help students succeed in the classroom
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
Skills:
- Fluent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency with educational technology
