Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sanskrit Teacher to join our team at a CBSE school. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching Sanskrit to students of all levels and be familiar with the CBSE curriculum.

Referred Position: Secondary Sanskrit Teacher (TGT).
 
· Required Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Years Minimum
· Approximate range of Salary being offered for the position: 3 Lakhs Per Annum or more, depending on the profile
· Notice Period if any: 15 days or immediate
· Approval for Relocation acceptance (For eg, Accommodation availability, Travel allowance, etc): Yes TA & Free Accommodation
· Specification about the candidature if there (Eg, Gender, Age, etc): Age 27-40

· Qualifications required: Graduate or PG in SANSKRIT, B.Ed

· Job Description if possible for detailed profile understanding: A well-trained graduate teacher who can take Sanskrit classes from Class 5 to 10. The teacher must attend classes with lesson plans and provide an excellent learning environment where the students can approach the teacher easily to clear doubts. The teacher has to upkeep records of notebooks and assignments. The teacher has to plan hands-on learningprojectsperiodic tests, and all internal assessments at regular intervals according to the academic planner. The teacher must perform invigilation and evaluation and maintain marks statements. As a class teacher or mentor, the teacher has to manage the homeroom periods, instill exemplary discipline in students, and interact with parents at the PTMs. The teacher may have to fill in for absentee teachers from the free periods and perform other duties prescribed by the school from time to time.

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the CBSE curriculum
  • Manage classroom activities and create a positive learning environment
  • Utilize innovative teaching methods such as Flipped Classroom, Experiential Learning, Active Learning, and Student-Centered Learning
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to help students improve their Sanskrit language skills
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience for students

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of the Sanskrit language and literature
  • Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development
  • Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students in the learning process
  • Familiarity with innovative teaching methods such as Flipped Classroom, Experiential Learning, Active Learning, and Student-Centered Learning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
