Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our Pre-School team. Looking for relevant candidates for the roles of Infant Montessori programme & Toddler Montessori programme. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the best possible learning experience for students
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in early childhood education
- Understanding the children's psychology & each individual's style of learning
- Sound in Montessori Theory & Practical
Qualifications:
- Infant Montessori teacher with sound knowledge of early childhood psychology
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant or related field
- Diploma in Montessori studies & training is must
- State teaching certification
- Previous experience working with young children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to the well-being of children
- Flexible & Adaptive to new learnings & constant learning of childhood challenges
