Job Title: Tele Calling Executive

Job Summary: Initiate telephonic contact with existing and prospective leads in order to make the leads attend the webinar meetings.

Responsibilities And Skills

Main Responsibilities:

• Contacting respective leads and making them aware of the webinar conducted by the company.
• Contacting existing leads as well as prospective leads using scripts.
• Following up with the leads and ensuring their attendance in the webinar.
• Asking questions to the leads and understanding their specifications.
• Resolving queries and issues related to the webinar.
• Making records of all the phone calls.
• Maintaining the database of the leads on a regular basis.

Qualification And Skills

• Languages – English & Kannada (Mandatory) + Telugu/Tamil/Hindi (Total Any 3)
• Fresher (Any qualification)
• Age – 20-35
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication skills

Skills: 0-1 year exp,english,good kannada speaking,any additional language
