Telecallers in Bengaluru (Job Vacancy)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our team and contribute to the promotion and sale of our Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) courses. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing them to our OHS courses, and persuading them to enroll. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for promoting safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our Occupational Health and Safety courses.
• Explain the features and benefits of our courses in a clear and compelling manner.
• Answer inquiries from clients regarding course content, schedules, fees, and any other relevant information.
• Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest but have not yet enrolled.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in our CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies for improving sales performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our courses in the market.
• Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences, market trends, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales role, preferably in the education or training industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations and practices is advantageous but not required.
• Persistence and resilience in handling objections and rejection.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
