Required Candidate profile
1.Must have Master's Degree+ B.ED with good international school experience as HM or Coordinator/HOD/PGT - only from senior classes
2. Preferably from Science/ Mathematics background
Experience :Total 10 to 15 years of experience (Minimum 8 years as a PGT and must have good administrative experience)
Vice principal will assist principal in :
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school, ensuring high standards of education and student achievement.
- Develop and implement school policies, programs, and curriculum in line with educational standards and regulations.
- Manage and mentor teaching and administrative staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor and evaluate school performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Engage with parents, students, and the community to build strong relationships and support student success.
- Oversee budget and resource allocation, ensuring efficient and effective use of school funds.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and inclusive school environment.
