Partner Success

  • Anchor and lead the management of select international university partner accounts in the US, Canada, Australia, UK or any other country2. Ensure timely and successful achievement of targets for the partners3. Facilitate creation and execution of new engagement, brand development and outreach strategies in collaboration with multiple function within the organization and faculty, students, officers of the partner university4. Visit partners in their respective countries on a regular basis to strengthen relationships5. Develop trusted relationships with key university stakeholders6. Handle partner concerns and ensure timely resolution

Team Management

  • Manage a team of account managers and work closely with program managers, marketing managers to achieve the goals for partners2. Build and track key performance indicators and metrics for account managers and ensure their effective performance3. Communicate the progress of monthly/ quarterly initiatives and action items to internal teams and partners

Business Growth

  • Create new business opportunities with the existing university partners by understanding their needs and crafting new solutions from products and services available within GradRight2. Ensure successful renewals of contracts on the back of exceptional delivery on targets
