Refund & Cancellation Policy
A. Refund Policy
Amount once paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded other than in the following circumstances:
- Multiple times debiting of Customer’s Card/Bank Account due to a technical error OR excess debiting in a single transaction. The excess amount, excluding Payment Gateway charges, will be refunded by Anandpushp Jobtech Private Limited.
- Payment charged but "Jobsineducation coins" not credited due to a technical error. The Customer will be credited with the purchased Jobsineducation coins.
To request a refund, the Customer must submit a refund request along with the transaction number and original payment receipt (if available) to reachjie@ajpl.live.
B. Refund Policy for Background Checks with Traqcheck
We value your trust and aim to maintain transparency. Below is our refund policy for background checks with Traqcheck:
- If a job seeker does not respond to Traqcheck’s emails for consent requests and document submissions within 14 days of initiation, the system will automatically cancel the background check process and initiate a refund to the employer.
- Once Traqcheck has initiated the verification process, no refund will be issued.
- Employers are encouraged to follow up with candidates to ensure a quick response to Traqcheck's requests.
C. Cancellation Policy
Anandpushp Jobtech Private Limited does not explicitly detail a cancellation policy relating to the reversal of transactions or services not rendered. However, they do note conditions under which payments would not be executed, which may imply circumstances where service cancellation could be inferred:
- Failed or Invalid Instructions:
- Payments will not be processed if the payment instructions are incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, or delayed.
- If the payment account has insufficient funds or if the funds are under any encumbrance or charge.
- Bank or Financial Institution Failures:
- Payments might not be processed if the customer’s bank or financier refuses or delays in honoring the payment instructions.
- Force Majeure:
- Anandpushp Jobtech Private Limited is not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, strikes, power failures, pandemics, or unforeseeable system failures like computer or telephone line breakdowns.
- Account Termination:
- Anandpushp Jobtech Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customer’s account or service use for breach of Terms of Use without penalty and without any entitlement to a refund for the customer.
