Refund & Cancellation Policy

Anandpushp Jobtech Private Limited stipulates that payments made via their payment gateway are generally non-refundable, except in the following scenarios:

  1. Technical Errors in Charging:
    • If a customer's card or bank account is charged multiple times due to a technical error, or if the account is debited with an excess amount in a single transaction due to a technical error, the excess funds, excluding payment gateway charges, will be refunded.
  2. Error in Service Provision:
    • If there is a technical error resulting in funds being charged to the customer's card or bank account without the corresponding crediting of "Jobsineducation coins," the customer will be credited the appropriate amount of coins as initially purchased.
  3. Refund Process:
    • Customers must submit a refund application along with the transaction number and any original payment receipt generated at the time of payment.
    • This application should be formatted as prescribed and sent to the designated email: reachjie@ajpl.live.
    • Refunds will be processed manually after verification. If the claim is valid, the excess amount will be refunded through electronic transfer within 21 calendar days of receiving the claim.
    • Note that it may take an additional 3-21 days for the refund to appear in the customer's bank account, depending on the bank's policies.
  4. Non-liability of Payment Gateway:
    • The payment gateway is not liable for refunds. All eligible refunds will be issued directly by Anandpushp Jobtech Private Limited.

Cancellation Policy

Anandpushp Jobtech Private Limited does not explicitly detail a cancellation policy relating to the reversal of transactions or services not rendered. However, they do note conditions under which payments would not be executed, which may imply circumstances where service cancellation could be inferred:

  1. Failed or Invalid Instructions:

  4. Account Termination:
    • Anandpushp Jobtech Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customer’s account or service use for breach of Terms of Use without penalty and without any entitlement to a refund for the customer.
