Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Thermal Systems Engineer with expertise in electric vehicles (EVs) to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and a deep understanding of EV technologies, including proficiency in simulation and modeling tools.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced Understanding of Thermodynamics:
Demonstrate a deep knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics, with the ability to apply these principles to the design and optimization of thermal management systems for electric vehicles.
Expertise In EV Technologies
Exhibit familiarity with electric vehicle design, operation, and components, including batteries, electric motors, power electronics, and HVAC systems.
Knowledge Of Simulation And Modeling Tools
Utilize simulation software such as MATLAB/Simulink, ANSYS, and COMSOL Multiphysics for thermal analysis and system design, ensuring efficient thermal management solutions for EV components and systems.
Industry Experience
Approximately 5 years of experience in the electric vehicle industry, with a focus on thermal management solutions.
Additional Responsibilities
Apply practical experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing thermal management systems for EV components, EV systems, HVAC systems, or similar applications, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
