Job Description

Position Title: Assistant General Manager (AGM) / Deputy General Manager (DGM)

Department: Executive Education and Consultancy / MDP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnerships: Forge strategic alliances with corporate entities to facilitate Executive Education and Management Development Programs (MDP), aiming to expand business avenues and enhance existing partnerships.
  • Networking Proficiency: Leverage exceptional networking skills to engage with a diverse clientele, both domestically and internationally, fostering enduring professional relationships and broadening business networks.
  • Business Expansion: Demonstrate proactive initiative in exploring new business opportunities, transcending existing activities, and innovating strategies to stimulate growth within the Executive Education and Consultancy domain.
  • Program Facilitation: Oversee the coordination of in-house and open enrollment programs, collaborating closely with applicants, faculty members, administrative staff, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Database Management: Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive databases of companies and key contacts to facilitate promotional endeavors and streamline operational processes within the Executive Education sphere.
  • Event Management: Maintain meticulous records of all program-related information and oversee the logistical aspects of events, ensuring meticulous planning, execution, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Feedback Analysis: Systematically collect, organize, and analyze feedback from program participants to extract valuable insights, facilitating continuous improvement and refinement of Executive Education and MDP offerings.
  • Application and Payment Procedures: Efficiently coordinate, monitor, and manage the nomination, application, and payment processes associated with Executive Education and Consultancy programs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
  • Reporting and Proposal Development: Directly report to the Vice President, undertaking responsibilities such as drafting proposals, tendering, generating reports, and promptly responding to communications from existing and prospective clients.
  • Vendor Coordination: Effectively manage vendor relationships, ensuring optimal service delivery and compliance with contractual obligations, thereby fostering productive partnerships integral to program success.
  • Digital Marketing Oversight: Spearhead the digital marketing initiatives for Executive Education and MDP programs, engaging with key clients and executives via email outreach and leveraging social media platforms to enhance program visibility and engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record in business development, preferably within the education or consultancy sector.
  • Exceptional networking acumen, with a demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain relationships across diverse clientele.
  • Strategic mindset coupled with a capacity for innovative thinking and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Strong organizational aptitude and multitasking abilities to effectively manage concurrent projects.
  • Proficiency in database management and data analysis to support decision-making processes.
