We are currently building a simulation based mobile game called The Workverse that enables learners to master soft-skills through immersion in various workplace scenarios and job roles. An essential component of the simulation is its AI capabilities, including, but not limited to, a conversational AI agent which acts as a personal workplace mentor to the learner within the simulation.

Your role:

We are looking for a talented AI/ML Architect to join our team and revolutionize the learning experience through Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Model (LLM) integration into the simulation. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of developing the AI capabilities in the Workverse - from identifying datasets to train the AI models, developing and training models, to deploying the models in production. You will build and deploy ML pipelines that seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into our game, ensuring exceptional performance, scalability, and maintainability, and most importantly, to maximize the soft-skills learning experience for the learner.

Location: Khar West, Mumbai (this is a work-from-office role)

Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant AI-related features and capabilities in the simulation game to maximize soft-skills learning and learning experience.
• Identify the relevant models and model training strategies to realize the AI features and capabilities.
• Identify and/or develop relevant datasets for training the models.
• Design and develop data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and storing data and automate data processing tasks and workflows.
• Maintain and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure smooth operation.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure for training, tracking and evaluating models.
• Develop and implement continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for automating the model training, testing, and deployment process.
• Implement version control systems for models, data, and code to ensure reproducibility and track changes.
• Monitor model performance in production and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop tools and processes for optimizing model performance and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest MLOps tools and technologies and recommend improvements to the MLOps platform.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in AI, especially in LLMs and generative AI.

Who are we looking for? Background & experience:

• Proficiency in Python and experience with MLOps tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLflow, etc)
• 2+ years of experience in architecting and implementing AI/ML solutions into production
• Experience with LLMs and Generative AI is strongly preferred
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a must
• Experience with relational and non-relational database management systems (SQL, noSQL)
• Experience with CI/CD tools
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data governance principles
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
• Experience with game data science and game analytics is a plus
• Familiarity with game development engines like Unity is a plus
