We collaborate with clients worldwide to deliver customized content development solutions and pride ourselves on being a one-stop solution for digital content. We are looking for a Sr. Manager / AVP / VP - Institutional Sales who will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales function within an organization. The personnel will bring his/her proven history of delivering exceptional service and support to clients by vendor management, business planning, business relationship management, and client relationship management. Position: Sr. Manager / AVP / VP - Institutional Sales   Shift: Day Work location: Noida Working days: Monday to Friday, 1st, 3rd and 5th (if any) Saturdays Job description:  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. • Identifying new sales opportunities and building relationships with key decision makers of institutional client / government agencies. • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals; including conducting meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and final closure. • Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance. • Ensuring the proper use of internal database and tools to track performance. • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis and work closely with other teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure that our solutions and services meet the needs of our target clients. • Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals by motivating the team. • Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings. Job Specification: • Experience: Min. 7 years of experience in Institutional and Government Sales; preferably in the education or e-learning industry. • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and industry best practices. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making. Other Requirements:  • Ability to learn new tasks and concepts quickly. • Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently.
