- Operations Strategy:
- Collaborate with the VP of Operations to develop and execute the operations strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead the operations team in translating the strategy into actionable plans and initiatives.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency enhancements.

- Implement best practices, automation, and technology solutions to streamline operations.
- Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team.
- Set clear goals and expectations, provide coaching, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction are maintained across all operational processes.
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs.
- Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with key external vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Data Analytics:
- Utilize data analytics and insights to make informed decisions, track KPIs, and drive data-driven process improvements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments, including technology, content, and customer support, to ensure seamless cross-functional operations.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential operational risks.
