Job Description: Certometer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, exceptional training delivery skills, and the ability to manage our cloud infrastructure effectively. Responsibilities: • Training Delivery: • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs on AWS and Azure Cloud platforms. • Create engaging courseware, including presentations, practice labs, assessments, and quizzes. • Ensure that training content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices. • Adapt training delivery methods to suit the learning styles and needs of diverse audiences. • Courseware Creation: • Design and develop comprehensive course materials covering various aspects of AWS and Azure Cloud services. • Develop hands-on practice labs and exercises to reinforce learning objectives. • Create assessments, quizzes, and certification exam preparation materials to evaluate learners' understanding and proficiency. • Training Evaluation and Improvement: • Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs and materials. • Monitor training effectiveness and performance metrics, identifying areas for enhancement. • Stay updated on emerging trends and developments in cloud technologies, incorporating new knowledge into training initiatives. • Communication and Collaboration: • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to understand training requirements and objectives. • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content. • Provide guidance and support to learners, addressing questions, concerns, and technical challenges. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred. • On-site presence in Bangalore office is a must • Ability to deliver trainings and record them using Video setup and Script • Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud computing, with expertise in AWS and Azure platforms. • Proven experience in delivering high-quality training programs, preferably in an eLearning or corporate training environment. • Strong courseware creation skills, including the ability to develop engaging presentations, practice labs, assessments, and quizzes. • Proficiency in managing cloud infrastructure, including deployment, configuration, and optimization. • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal. • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or equivalent, preferred. • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Passion for learning and sharing knowledge, with a commitment to delivering exceptional training experiences.
