AWS DevOps Trainer (Job Vacancy)

We are seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Trainer to join our team and deliver high-quality training programs to our employees and clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and DevOps practices, along with excellent communication and presentation skills. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training materials to support the skill development of individuals and teams in AWS DevOps methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive training curriculum for AWS DevOps, covering topics such as AWS services, infrastructure as code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration.
• Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions in various formats, including instructor-led classroom sessions, virtual classrooms, and online self-paced courses.
• Customize training materials to meet the specific needs and skill levels of different audiences, including beginners, intermediate learners, and advanced practitioners.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to reinforce learning objectives and facilitate skill development.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date with the latest AWS technologies and best practices.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and continuously improve content and delivery based on feedback.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in AWS and DevOps, and incorporate relevant updates into training materials and curriculum.
• Provide guidance and support to participants during and after training sessions, including answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing additional resources.
• Assist in the development of certification preparation programs for AWS certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer and AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to promote training offerings and support customer engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Extensive hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including proficiency in core services such as EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda, and RDS.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, practices, and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), containerization, and orchestration.
• Previous experience designing and delivering technical training programs, workshops, or courses for IT professionals.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate learners of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training content and delivery methods to meet the needs of different audiences.
• AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator preferred.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and training evaluation methodologies.
• Experience with training delivery platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and virtual classroom tools preferred.
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development, with a commitment to staying updated with the latest AWS technologies and industry trends.
