Academic Advisor in Delhi (Job Vacancy)

Salary- 16,000-21,000 + Good Incentive Working Days:- 6 Days Working (Tuesday week off) Working Hours:- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Key Roles & Responsibilities 1) Contact potential enquiries via call or messages to introduce the services and course 2) Follow up with enquiries 3) Maintain accurate and complete records of Data of interaction with clients and student 4) Provide excellent customer service Requirements: • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written • Should be good in writing E mails • Ability to influence others • Should have convincing power • Should be familiar with basic MS office (MS excel, MS word) • Good listening skills • Patience and persistence • Should be multi tasker • Should be familiar with customer relationship concept • High school/Graduation or equivalent • Ability to work in weekends
