Designation: Learning Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking to hire passionate Inside Sales professionals for our Sales team. The role will be based out
of Gurgaon. The role involves high volume calling coupled with attractive monthly incentives!
Your primary job responsibility will include (but not limited to):
● Driving inquiries & admissions for the various short term/long term learning programs being
offered.
● Managing the entire sales cycle: starting from engaging with the large volume of well-qualified
leads till the final conversion i.e. enrollment in the program.
● Counseling students via call/email on which program would be useful for their career progression
and suggest the best options.
● Updating the CRM on a regular basis.
Mandates:
● Job Role: Inside Sales
● Location: AAFT Online Gurugram
Magnum Tower 1, 5th Floor; Golf Course Extension Road, Sector - 58, Gurgaon.
● Required Work Experience: 1-5 years (sales work exp.)
● Educational Qualification: Graduation
● Shift Details: 6 days working; 10:00AM-7:00PM, Sundays fixed off.
● Should be target oriented and a self-driven individual.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office - especially Excel.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once leads identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business' decisions makers to better understand their business needs and how our product could help them.
Responsibilities
• Identify and qualify new customers
• Prospect new customers through lead generation, trade shows, follow-up, and cold calling
• Identify the correct decision makers within a given business
• Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years' experience
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
