Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

Responsibility is to promote and market the institution's programs, courses, and services to attract potential students and increase enrolment. Your role is crucial in building the institution's brand image, enhancing its reputation, and ensuring its financial sustainability.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote the educational institution and its offerings. This includes identifying target markets, conducting market research, and analysing competitors.
  • Promote Programs and Courses: Effectively communicate the unique features, benefits, and value of the institution's programs and courses to prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders. This may involve organizing and participating in promotional events, workshops, education fairs, and presentations.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Generate leads through various channels such as online marketing, social media, advertisements, referrals, and partnerships. Follow up with leads, provide information, address inquiries, and guide prospective students through the application and enrolment process.
  • Branding and Communication: Contribute to the development and execution of the institution's branding strategy. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across various promotional materials, websites, social media platforms, and other communication channels.
  • Student Recruitment: Actively engage in student recruitment activities, like, conducting information sessions, and participating in community outreach events. Establish and maintain relationships with schools, educational consultants, and other relevant organizations to attract potential students.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, educational consultants, and other stakeholders. Address their inquiries, provide necessary information, and guide them through the admission process. Establish trust and rapport to encourage enrolment and long-term loyalty.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in marketing, sales, or business development is a plus.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in any field

REQUIRED SKILLS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
organizational skills.

Candidates residing in Calicut district or nearby areas will be given preference.
