Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Academic Counselor at INTERVAL. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for student counseling, communication, career counseling, academic advising, and education-related tasks. The Academic Counselor will work closely with students to assess their needs, provide guidance on academic and career choices, and support their overall educational journey.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in student counseling, career counseling, and academic advising
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in the education sector
• Good knowledge of academic programs and curriculum
• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
• Ability to build rapport with students and parents
• Understanding of different learning styles and needs
