Location - Bengaluru
Roles and Responsibilities
• Responsible for retention of schools in the designated territory along with the allocated team.
• Responsible for revenue generation through upsell and cross-sell of Ei products to existing schools.
• Key account management (KAM) of schools through relationship building and providing product consultation to key stakeholders (management, principal, teachers, parents, students).
• Regularly conduct orientation sessions and workshops with relevant stakeholders
• Ensure that all services are delivered efficiently and product usage at schools are effective.
• Coordinate with the Product Team for a robust and agile feedback loop.
• Be cognizant of market and competitor intelligence. Share market learnings with relevant teams
• Gather and analyse the feedback and suggest improvement in the processes.
• Conducting reviews and sessions in the assigned schools.
Education and Expertise
• Strong educational background of teaching (Teachers training/B.Ed, etc)
• Understanding of Curriculums, Assessments and Lesson Planning.
• Relevant experience of at least 10 years with a proven record.
• Willing to work the in the field and open to travel.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PPT
